Payment Terms – Cancellation Policy

• Registration confirmation: All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Cancellations up to September 30, 2026: No cancellation fee (Full refund).
• Cancellations from October 1 to October 31, 2026: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• From November 1, 2026, onwards: 100% cancellation fee applies (No refund).
