Conference Language
The official language of the event is Greek.
Exhibition
An exhibition of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment will be available during the Conference.

Congress Badges
Badges are issued by the Congress Secretariat upon registration at the venue and are mandatory for access both to the conference halls and the exhibition area throughout the duration of the congress. Badges feature a barcode to monitor entry and exit from the session halls.
Collection of Certificates
All participants will be able to receive their certificate of attendance electronically. Detailed instructions will be sent following the conclusion of the Congress.

Above costs include 24% VAT.
Participants entitled to free registration must present a valid document confirming their status.

Payment Terms – Cancellation Policy
- Registration confirmation: All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.
- Cancellations up to September 30, 2026: No cancellation fee (Full refund).
- Cancellations from October 1 to October 31, 2026: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- From November 1, 2026, onwards: 100% cancellation fee applies (No refund).
Audiovisual Equipment – Technical Secretariat
All Congress halls will be fully equipped for PC-based presentations. Presentation material must be submitted to the Technical Secretariat at least one hour before the beginning of each session.
Safety
The Organizing Committee and the Congress Organization Company (PCO) bear no responsibility for any injury or loss of any nature, as well as for any possible damage, loss or theft of participants' personal belongings.
